We are currently seeking **Electronic Security Technicians** with proven experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems. We are currently seeking Electronic Security Technicians with proven experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems. **Responsibilities** \- Installation and configuration of CCTV systems: IP/analog cameras, NVR/DVR, video servers, video analytics, network configurations, and commissioning. \- Implementation of Access Control systems: controllers, readers, electromagnetic locks, door locks, sensors, management software, and credentials. \- Structured cabling installation and certification: UTP, fiber optic, conduits, rack assembly, patch panels, and cable organization. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of all installed systems. \- Fault diagnosis and resolution, both on-site and remotely. \- Configuration of basic networking equipment: switches, simple VLANs, IP addressing, PoE, and inter-device links. \- Technical documentation of installations, site surveys, reports, and schematics. \- Client support during commissioning, basic usage training, and post-installation support. \- Compliance with safety regulations and internal company policies during on-site or client premises work. **Mandatory Requirements** \- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing access control equipment, security cameras, configuring devices, and structured cabling. \- Technical knowledge of operation, connection, and maintenance of such systems. \- Proficiency with electrical and manual tools. \- Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams. **Preferred (Non-Mandatory) Requirements** \- Valid driver's license. \- Experience in fiber optic splicing. \- Courses or certifications in CCTV, networking, or access control (desirable). **Conditions** * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (on-site), plus one additional paid hour. Availability for on-call duties or tasks outside regular hours (if applicable). **Position Availability:** Staff required for the following locations: 1 position in the Central Zone: covering duties in San Antonio.
