Position Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of water treatment equipment at customer sites and support the manufacturing of treatment plants to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Professional and close customer service Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on-site for water treatment equipment (water softeners, reverse osmosis plants, and filters) installed at company customers’ facilities, ensuring proper operation; and support the workshop in manufacturing treatment plants during periods when no field visits are scheduled, thereby contributing to operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water softeners, reverse osmosis plants, and filters at customer facilities. * Diagnose faults, determine root causes, and carry out necessary repairs on-site. * Support the installation and commissioning of water treatment equipment when required. * Support the workshop in manufacturing water treatment plants during downtime between field visits. * Prepare technical reports for each visit, documenting work performed, spare parts used, and relevant observations. * Comply with established safety and quality protocols both on-site and in the workshop. * Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor regarding scheduling of visits, manufacturing priorities, and spare parts requirements. * Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition. * Provide professional and personalized service to customers during technical visits, representing the company’s image. * Collaborate and coordinate with other workshop and technical service team members to achieve shared objectives. Salary: $900,000 - $1,100,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
