The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and operational continuity of electrical systems, complementing this role with general maintenance tasks at our clients’ facilities. Mandatory Requirement: Valid SEC certification. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Specialty: Diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on electrical panels, lighting circuits, outlets, lighting systems, and protective devices. Comprehensive Maintenance: Performing complementary general maintenance tasks (minor plumbing, locksmithing, painting, or infrastructure adjustments). Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all electrical interventions comply with current regulations and company safety standards. Site Inspection: Identifying potential failures or risks in installations and promptly reporting them to supervision. Emergency Response: Participating in shifts or on-call duties to resolve critical contingencies. Requirements and Competencies: Technical degree in Electricity (Industrial High School or Technical Training Center). Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or Facility Management services. Ability to perform work at heights and use manual electric tools. Class B driver’s license (desirable).
