Job Summary:
Coordinate and execute electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation maintenance at concentrator plants, supervising personnel and analyzing failures.

**Electrical, Instrumentation & DCS Supervisor**

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and execute electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation maintenance activities at concentrator plants.
* Manage and supervise field personnel, ensuring compliance with safety norms, standards, and procedures.
* Conduct failure analysis of electrical and mechanical components, interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, and perform tests and inspections.
* Apply electrical lockout rules and manage risks associated with the service.
* Report incidents and accidents occurring during contract execution.
**Required Education:**
* Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) or University Technical Degree in a related field.
**Requirements and Experience:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in mining environments, preferably at concentrator plants.
* Knowledge of electromechanical maintenance, reading of electrical and mechanical drawings, failure analysis, and circuit breaker testing.
* Certification in scaffolding assembly and disassembly (up to three tiers plus ring).
* Familiarity with DCS systems and electrical safety standards is desirable.
