Position Overview We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team and transform business and operational data into meaningful insights that support better decision\-making. The successful candidate will work with data from ERP systems, applications, retail operations, logistics processes, and other business sources. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non\-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business and operational sources. * Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions. * Analyze trends, patterns, and performance indicators to identify opportunities and potential issues. * Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytical objectives. * Use SQL to query and manipulate structured datasets. * Prepare recurring and ad\-hoc reports for management and internal teams. * Monitor data quality and investigate inconsistencies or anomalies. * Support the analysis of retail, logistics, ERP, and application\-related data. * Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations. * Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, project managers, and business stakeholders. * Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes. * Continuously improve reporting and data\-analysis workflows. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics**, or a related field. * Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar analytical position. * Strong knowledge of **SQL** and relational databases. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets**, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. * Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms**. * Strong analytical and quantitative problem\-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **Python or R** for data analysis. * Familiarity with ERP systems and business applications. * Experience analyzing **retail, logistics, supply\-chain, or e\-commerce data**. * Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. * Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. * Experience working with APIs or integrating data from multiple systems. * Familiarity with agile software\-development environments. * Strong English communication skills are an advantage.
