Job Summary: At Enertis Applus+, we are seeking a professional for our Engineering team to analyze, monitor, and manage contractual aspects of projects, as well as support negotiations and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and management of EPC, BoP, and supply contracts. 2. Coordination of requests for time extensions and financial compensation. 3. Participation in dispute resolution and contractual closeout. **About the Role** At Enertis Applus\+, we are looking for a **\[PUESTO]** to join our **Engineering** team, reporting directly to the **\[PLACEHOLDER]**. **️ What will you do?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing EPC, BoP, supply, subcontracting, and associated service contracts. * Identifying obligations, milestones, risks, penalties, guarantees, and payment conditions. * Monitoring compliance with contractual notification requirements. * Managing scope changes, change orders, and contractual variations. * Preparing, reviewing, and responding to contractual communications. * Managing claims related to delays, cost overruns, interferences, or breaches. * Coordinating the preparation of requests for time extensions and financial compensation. * Maintaining contractual records, document traceability, and evidence. * Supporting negotiations with clients, contractors, suppliers, and legal advisors. * Reviewing certifications, payment milestones, retentions, guarantees, and final settlements. * Supervising the application of delay or breach penalties. * Participating in dispute resolution and project contractual closeout. * Ensuring the project team is aware of contractual obligations and constraints. **What are we looking for?** **We seek talent, not perfection.
