Our core is our community of collaborators, students, academics, and future talent, with whom we build day by day an environment that promotes excellence, inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and continuous development. **At UNAB, everyone is welcome!** We are currently seeking a **Clinical Fields Coordinator** for the **Faculty of Nursing – República Campus**, whose main purpose will be to plan, manage, and ensure the proper execution of undergraduate and graduate clinical rotations, safeguarding educational quality and compliance with agreements signed with healthcare institutions, in accordance with applicable internal and external regulations. **Responsibilities:** Plan the clinical placement matrix and rotation schedule per institution/service, aligned with the curriculum and learning outcomes. Manage agreements, letters of introduction, credentials, orientations, vaccinations/serology tests, and other clinical field access requirements. Coordinate with clinical mentors (Nursing Directors, Service Heads, Clinical Teaching Coordinators) and resolve operational contingencies. Ensure compliance with IAAS standards and patient safety regulations. Schedule and supervise faculty coverage during clinical practice (student-to-faculty ratio, instructors/preceptors) and coordinate on-site evaluations. Monitor indicators (completion of hours/placements, attendance, incidents, student and institution satisfaction) and implement improvement plans. Administer document traceability (lists, logs, minutes, reports) within institutional systems (ERP/LMS/Office 365\). Coordinate logistics (schedules, meeting rooms, PPE, permits, school/accident insurance) and operational requirements with internal units. Contribute clinical evidence to accreditation processes and internal/external audits. Disciplinary postgraduate degree (Master’s or higher, mandatory); academic rank of Assistant Professor or higher preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical fields coordination, clinical teaching, and/or leadership/management roles in healthcare services. Up-to-date knowledge of IAAS, patient safety, Ministry of Health (MINSAL) regulations, and clinical teaching practice standards. Proficiency in academic platforms, LMS, and institutional systems (desirable). Valid professional license in Chile; up-to-date vaccinations and health requirements.
