At Sodimac, we are looking for a Business Developer! What is the role’s mission? Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities by onboarding suppliers, brands, and sellers onto Sodimac's marketplace, contributing to assortment growth, strengthening the commercial proposition, and accelerating the development of the digital ecosystem. Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate opportunities with new suppliers, brands, and sellers aligned with the defined business strategy. * Manage commercial meetings and lead the onboarding process for new sellers, ensuring an efficient onboarding experience. * Drive initiatives and manage resources that facilitate seller activation and growth during their early stages in the marketplace. * Advise sellers on the various solutions and tools available within the Sodimac and Grupo Falabella ecosystems. * Coordinate commercial actions and campaigns with internal teams to enhance seller performance and growth. * Identify business development opportunities that contribute to assortment expansion, sales growth, and marketplace market share. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Commercial Engineering and/or Industrial Civil Engineering. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, and/or marketplace environments. * Knowledge and experience in marketplaces, retail, and commercial development. * Advanced Excel proficiency. (mandatory) * CRM tool proficiency is desirable. * Basic ThinkCell knowledge. (mandatory) * Interest in and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
