Buses Hualpén, a major private passenger transportation company with over 50 years of national experience, is looking for interns to join the **Business Administration and Operational Management** area. **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative documentation management and control. * Update and maintain operational databases and information. * Assist in preparing management reports and performance indicators. * Monitor internal administrative processes. * Support coordination with suppliers and internal departments. * Manage physical and digital files. * Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Assist with tasks related to attendance tracking, procurement, and general administrative management. **Requirements** * Residency in Pudahuel or nearby communes. * Currently enrolled in Business Administration Engineering, Business Administration Technical Program, or nearing completion of a related degree. * Proactivity, analytical ability, and learning orientation. * Valid School Insurance Certificate. **Conditions** * On-site modality. * Administrative working hours, Monday to Friday. * Work location: Pudahuel, **Offered** * Internship allowance. * Pluxee card. * Opportunity to gain experience at a leading transportation industry company. * Continuous mentoring and learning throughout the internship process.
