Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced bellhop to join our team at the prestigious DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago Kennedy Hotel, assisting guests and supporting the front desk. Are you looking for an opportunity to develop yourself in a luxury environment? This is your chance! We are seeking an experienced bellhop to join our team at the prestigious DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago Kennedy Hotel, located in the heart of Vitacura. What we are looking for: \- Must be over 18 years of age. \- Immediate availability. \- Availability for rotating 6x1 shifts. \- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Completed secondary education. \- Hospitality, tourism, or customer service training preferred. \- Intermediate level of English, both oral and written. Your responsibilities: \- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage. \- Assist with guest departures by collecting and transporting luggage. \- Provide general information about the hotel, its facilities, operating hours, and available services. \- Respond to common guest inquiries or refer them to the appropriate department. \- Safely and orderly transport, tag, and store luggage. \- Support the front desk team during group check-ins/outs and peak-demand hours. \- Assist with delivering correspondence, room service orders, or other tasks requested by management. \- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and entrance areas. \- Coordinate with valet parking or external transportation as needed. \- Adhere to security, hygiene, confidentiality, and guest service protocols. \- Wear the uniform correctly, including the identification badge and provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
