Job Description: Develop technical and behavioral competencies through basic-level training on AutoMine/OptiMine systems, performing operational tasks, support activities, and field visits; always under tutoring and/or supervision, while adhering to the company's and/or client's established safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Job Requirements: Technical degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, or equivalent; or university professional degree in Electromechanics, Automation, or equivalent, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 0–1 year of experience in similar automation roles. Knowledge of automation, digital systems and instrumentation, networks, sensors, PLC or SQL programming. Basic English proficiency. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. Availability to work rotating shifts. Class B driver’s license, minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory).
