Job Summary: Fastpack is seeking an Operations Assistant to collaborate in gas control, stock management, vehicle fleet oversight, and support operational requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and reliability drives us to develop solutions that make a difference in the industry and contribute to our customers’ growth. · We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. · What will you do? · -Collaborate in controlling all company gases. -Assist in reviewing critical warehouse stock and system-available stock. -Support control of both owned and external light-vehicle fleets. -Know, understand, comply with, and uphold the requirements established in the Quality Management System. -Provide assistance for operational requirements across various Operations departments. -Assist in furniture management. -Ensure proper identification and mitigation of operational risks associated with your area. · Requirements to Apply: · -Technical secondary education or technical higher education related to the industrial sector. -At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector. -Proven SAP knowledge. -Knowledge of consumables, equipment, and spare parts for various operational areas. -Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. · What We Offer: · -Complementary health insurance. -Gym facilities at our premises. -Banking agreements. -Bonus payments. -Other benefits. · Schedule: · Monday to Thursday: 7:00–16:50; Friday: 7:00–14:10 hrs · At Fastpack, we value diversity and inclusion.
