Job Objective To support Factory Laboratory operations by collecting, preparing, and analyzing samples, ensuring their proper identification, traceability, and recording, while complying with established procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Main Responsibilities Administrative Functions Support the updating and maintenance of Factory Laboratory records. Enter data into departmental spreadsheets and records. Register samples in the laboratory’s computer system. Technical Functions Perform food and raw material sampling. Prepare samples for analysis. Operate NIRS equipment. Conduct physicochemical analyses such as solubility, moisture, acidity, peroxide value, grain quality analysis, and other tests implemented in the laboratory. Verify the proper functioning of laboratory equipment and instruments. Maintain order and cleanliness in the Factory Laboratory. Act as a validated analyst for corn testing before the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG). Comply with laboratory safety regulations. Knowledge of laboratory analysis, sampling, and good practices.
