At **Davita Kidney Care**, a multinational company specializing in treatment for patients with renal failure, we are seeking our next **Administrative and Warehouse Assistant** for our dialysis center located in **Temuco, Araucanía Region.**
**The purpose of this position is to:** Support and attend to the administrative requirements of the dialysis center, actively contributing to optimal process management and delivering excellence in service, aligned with quality policies, corporate objectives, and guidelines.
**Your main responsibilities will be:**
1\. Manage clinical and other supplies:
* Receive supplies, manage invoices, and enter information into the SAP system.
* Conduct warehouse and dialysis center inventory counts to manage RIC and extraordinary orders.
* Deliver daily supplies to the dialysis unit according to company procedures.
* Support the Head Nurse in monitoring and ensuring efficient use of clinical supplies.
2\. Manage administrative HR-related processes:
* Support the Head Nurse in administrative management related to staff needs.
* Support the Head Nurse in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
* Request and manage documentation for contract-based staff, coordinating submission to HR prior to their start at the dialysis center.
* Support recruitment and coordination of contract-based staff based on the clinic’s operational needs.
3\. Perform billing and collection procedures:
* Maintain the MAI system up to date by entering daily patient attendance and uploading data to SRT.
* Perform MAI–SRT reconciliation during month-end pre-closing, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
* Manage entry and updating of patients’ personal and clinical information in respective systems (Euclid and medical records).
* Request, receive, and organize required clinical and administrative documentation upon patient admission.
4\. Assist patients, family members, and/or companions:
* Manage and coordinate patient transportation services, including assistance and expense recordkeeping for accounting reporting.
* Contact and coordinate emergency services when required by the patient’s or center’s situation.
* Provide timely and clear information to patients, per instructions from the Head Nurse.
* Post and maintain updated authorized informational content on the center’s bulletin board.
5\. Carry out specific administrative tasks for the center, such as:
* Promptly identify and report deterioration of infrastructure and assets at the dialysis center.
* Record, enter, and manage center-related invoices and other administrative documents.
* Manage petty cash funds in accordance with the Head Nurse’s instructions and established procedures.
* Keep the dialysis center’s administrative and operational documentation up to date.

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma and/or preferably technical studies in Business Administration or Logistics.
* Preferred experience in warehouse operations and/or healthcare.
