The role’s mission is to receive and respond promptly to complaints or claims, adhering to the organization’s quality behaviors and values, and managing improvements in field production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Channel complaints and pursue definitive solutions to prevent recurrence: Involve production departments in responding to and resolving complaints definitively. **2\. Management and analysis of complaint or claim data:** Statistical data to support decision-making. **3\. Continuous improvement to reduce complaints or claims:** Customer satisfaction. **4\. Training staff to prevent recurring complaints:** Meet customer requirements. 5\. Display performance indicators for the claims department. 6\. Lead internal and external audits. Requirements 1\. Hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Veterinary Medicine. 2\. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP. (Mandatory) 3\.
