A leading private passenger transportation company with nationwide experience is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the city of Calama.
What Are We Looking For?
A professional capable of leading the base’s administrative execution, optimizing processes, ensuring resource control, acting as a strategic partner to operations, and driving continuous improvement and cross-departmental collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate logistical and administrative activities at the base, ensuring order and compliance with internal procedures.
Prepare periodic management reports to monitor departmental performance.
Design and implement action plans for continuous improvement of administrative management.
Control inventories and manage asset maintenance to prevent losses or deterioration.
Administer and control departmental resources and allocations according to operational needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures related to personnel, quality, environment, risk prevention, and occupational health.
Requirements
Professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Residence in Calama (mandatory).
At least 5 years of experience in administrative functions or corporate management.
Knowledge of and experience using ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of internal and external communications.
