Auditing and mitigating Shadow AI risks and coordinating with Cybersecurity Job Description We are looking for a professional based in Santiago, Chile. As an M365 Administrator, you will serve as the technical and security guardian of our corporate clients' collaborative ecosystem, ensuring that every piece of data, connector, and application complies with the highest standards of IT security and governance. Your Mission Ensure full control and environment segregation across DEV/QA/PROD, prevent unauthorized data usage (Shadow AI), and maintain the M365 platform aligned with corporate security policies. Key Responsibilities **Govern DEV, QA, and PROD environments:** configuration, permissions, and lifecycle management. Administer connectors, integrations, and access policies (Conditional Access, MFA). Implement DLP controls, information labeling, and data leakage prevention. **Audit and mitigate Shadow AI risks:** unapproved apps, data exfiltration. Coordinate with Cybersecurity teams for regulatory alignment (ISO 27001, NIST). Expected Deliverables Segregated and documented environments with updated access matrices. Inventory of connectors and permissions. Report on mitigated technical risks and closed security gaps. Ideal Profile 3+ years administering M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID). **Strong security expertise:** DLP, Purview, Defender, Conditional Access. **Desirable certifications:** MS-102, SC-200, SC-300.
