Ensures maximum technical and functional quality in development, as well as alignment with defined enterprise architecture standards, promoting excellence in software engineering practices. © getonbrd.com. ### **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Technical Quality Ownership: Analyze and manage product quality indicators to meet expected quality standards. * Ensure High-Quality Deliveries: Maintain technical quality standards for every release. * Development Quality Mentorship: Align developers to improve the quality and scalability of their work, fostering the concept of minimum viable deliveries. * Technical Guidelines Communication: Communicate technical aspects related to architecture and software engineering to the team. Coordinate integration across different development layers. * Obstacle Management: Identify, manage, and help the team overcome obstacles arising during the development lifecycle. Also transfer knowledge so the team can independently resolve such impediments. * Feature Design: Serve as the technical reference point for designing new features to be developed. * Technical Debt Management: Detect, track, and plan elimination of technical debt in coordination with the cell team. * Change Order Management: Manage steps to Production and identify related requirements. * Support for Product Portfolio Planning (PPP): Provide necessary information for various stages of Product Portfolio Planning and quarterly reviews. * Proven experience in technical co-leadership and Frontend development for building and integrating AI Agent–based applications. ### **To succeed in this position, you need:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Informatics Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in software development/maintenance and familiarity with agile cell frameworks. * Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including: * Backend development using languages such as JAVA with Spring Boot framework, or JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js, in microservice-based architectures. * Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks such as Angular or React, including experience implementing Micro Frontends and developing modern, responsive interfaces. * Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience working in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. * Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases such as Sybase, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. * Prior experience as a Senior Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead. * Experience developing with AI agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, etc. ### **It’s even better if you have:** * Full-stack profile and/or current technical certifications in areas such as development, cloud, or project management will be highly valued. * Business knowledge of WSB Enterprises.
