Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; collaborate and support one another to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Uphold quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings.
