It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** ================================================ * Process purchase orders for indirect goods and services, ensuring proper documentation and tracking within established timelines. * Collaborate with internal users to understand their procurement needs and translate them into clear requirements. * Submit purchase orders to suppliers and confirm receipt of POs according to parameters defined in company policy. * Be responsible for managing invoice intake through established channels; perform daily follow-up on invoices received and registered for payment. * Track pending POs in the system that have not been invoiced by suppliers. * Organize files of documents related to performed tasks. * Validate information contained in invoices against the referenced Purchase Order or FT Supplier Matrix. * Participate in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures. * Generate basic reports on the status of indirect procurement. **Education and Prior Experience:** ============================================= * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in indirect procurement. * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and analytical capability. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Intermediate Portuguese preferred **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
