Job Summary: TINET is seeking a Senior iOS Mobile Developer to lead the development of high-impact, user-centered native mobile applications. Key Highlights: 1. Mentor junior/semi-senior developers and promote continuous improvement At **TINET**, we continue to grow and are looking for a Senior iOS Mobile Developer to join our staffing team and lead the development of high-impact, scalable, and user-experience-focused native mobile applications. ##### **What We’re Looking For** * 5+ years of experience developing iOS mobile applications in production environments. * Demonstrable experience with **Swift**, including strong command of modern paradigms (protocol-oriented programming, generics, async/await). * Solid knowledge of mobile application architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coordinators) and iOS-specific design patterns. * Experience developing with **UIKit** and/or **SwiftUI**, including animations, accessibility, and adaptations for various screen sizes. * Experience consuming and designing **REST APIs** and/or **GraphQL**, including serialization and parsing (Codable, Apollo). * Familiarity with dependency managers and ecosystem tools: **CocoaPods**, **Carthage**, **Swift Package Manager**, as well as Xcode and its tooling. * Experience with mobile automated testing (unit and UI tests), and best practices for code quality and testing (XCTest, UI Tests, snapshot testing). * Experience with version control (**Git**) and collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews). * Intermediate English level (ability to read technical documentation in English). * Experience integrating cloud services or mobile tools (preferably **Firebase** or AWS Mobile) will be valued. * Knowledge of integrating **Artificial Intelligence** or ML models into mobile apps (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite) is a plus. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative work with product, design, and backend teams. ##### **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of specific iOS development experience with apps deployed in production on the App Store. * Ability to design scalable mobile architectures and make technical decisions aligned with product and operational needs. * Effective communication, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate in a team environment. ##### **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient iOS applications with excellent user experience. * Define and implement best practices for architecture, testing, accessibility, performance, and security in the mobile application. * Consume and integrate APIs, optimize data handling and local persistence (Core Data, Realm, caches). * Implement unit and UI tests, actively participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality. * Manage builds, code signing, and App Store deployments; collaborate on CI/CD pipeline automation (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.). * Monitor production performance and stability, and respond to incidents alongside the SRE/DevOps team. * Mentor junior/semi-senior developers and promote continuous team improvement. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-centered solutions. **What Do We Offer You at TINET?** * Remote work arrangement. * Flexible personal days off. * Year-end and national holiday bonuses.
