Critically and comprehensively analyze regulatory and normative initiatives in Chile and Peru. Responsible for timely, accurate, and high-quality submission of periodic reports required by regulatory bodies: Subtel (STI), INE, Central Bank, CNTV, etc. Additionally, must review international organizations’ context and studies, and generate high-value information for Chile’s and Peru’s regulatory strategy. Expected to be an autonomous and proactive professional, highly adaptable to requirements, and capable of reflecting the organization’s strategy in analyses and recommendations. Key responsibilities include… ? Prepare periodic reports for various external regulators. ? Monitor and track regulatory initiatives in Chile and Peru. ? Monitor and track international information and studies. ? Support regulatory authority requirement management. ? Benchmarking on industry-related topics, including actions by regulatory and competition authorities. ? Quarterly update on the development of regulatory initiatives. ? Support other departments with information generation and regulatory implementation. What do we expect from you? ? Education: Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer. ? Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles. ? Required skills (specific requirements): Excel: Intermediate level, Data Handling and Charting.
