Lead the lifecycle of new products and manage campaigns. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead categories through market analysis, product innovation, and tactical plans to ensure profitability and growth. * Analyze market share and consumer behavior indicators to propose actions that ensure brand growth and positioning. * Monitor margins, costs, and service levels, coordinating with Sales and Trade Marketing on action plans to improve commercial performance. * Lead the lifecycle of new products—from value strategy and packaging design to coordination with production and supply. * Manage advertising campaigns and in-store activities, overseeing agency relationships to align communications with global objectives. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Availability for on-site work in Providencia. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
