In this opportunity, we are looking for a **Process Engineer** for our company. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** Support data collection, quantitative analysis, and optimization of operational processes in the store through data gathering, process mapping, and improvement proposals, ensuring reliable information for decision-making. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Document, diagnose, design, and implement standardized and efficient in-store processes. * Collect and analyze productivity data, cycle times, costs, gaps, etc. * Map and document critical operational processes (receiving, warehouse, sales floor, checkout). * Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives on the sales floor. * Prepare presentations, reports, and management indicators. * Collaborate with support departments on change management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-3 years of experience in process documentation and analysis. * Retail experience is a plus. * Knowledge of retail processes, preferably supermarket operations. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile). * Strong analytical skills and data handling capabilities (advanced Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools). * Intermediate programming knowledge (SQL, Python). *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion.
