What is the internship’s mission? * Develop, implement, and document automation projects that optimize corporate travel processes Responsibilities: * Automation (Primary Responsibility) * Map current area processes (travel, expense reports, payments, and reporting). * Design improvement proposals based on automation and AI (Power Automate, Copilot, workflows, intelligent data extraction, etc.). * Build and test automated workflows to reduce operational workload. * Implement AI models for tasks such as: * Automated document reading. * Intelligent expense classification. * Consolidation of supplier information. * Document each developed automation. * Create simple dashboards to monitor performance of automated processes. * Propose evidence-based and results-driven continuous improvements.
