Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being accountable for: * Managing, executing, and overseeing the full payroll cycle—including variable calculations, provisions, social security laws (Previred), and taxes in Chile. * Designing and implementing automation solutions (via Excel/Macros or internal tools) to reduce processing time and mitigate human error. * Creating, maintaining, and optimizing departmental metrics (turnover, absenteeism, labor costs) using interactive dashboards that support management decisions. * Ensuring all HR administrative processes remain aligned with updates from the Labor Directorate (DT) and current regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years’ experience leading Payroll and HR Administration processes in Chile (absolute mastery of labor legislation, DT, Previred, medical leaves, severance settlements, etc.). * SAP experience (HR/Payroll modules) is mandatory. * Advanced Excel proficiency (complex pivot tables, logical formulas, and handling/creation of macros—VBA—for automating repetitive tasks), plus Power BI or Tableau experience is mandatory. **We offer:** * The chance to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Being the protagonist of your development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaborative knowledge-sharing and learning alongside top professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need to have a truly great experience. :)
