Posted today by **Difem** 1 vacancy Expires in 30 days Full-time Designer Metropolitan Region of Santiago La Reina At **Difem Laboratories**, we are looking for a professional to lead a shipping box optimization project, participating in analysis, design, and development of solutions that improve our processes and standardize the packaging portfolio. **What will be your main challenges?** * Analyze and optimize the shipping box portfolio. * Develop and validate packaging proposals using mock-ups and die-cut templates. * Prepare product technical sheets and marketing materials. * Create instructions and technical documentation for process standardization. * Coordinate testing and implementation of improvements, working cross-functionally with various company departments. **We are looking for a professional with:** * Degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Civil Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field. * Experience in packaging development, process improvement, or project management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Power BI (desirable). * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. **We offer:** Participation in a strategic project with direct impact on the organization.
