Position: AHS Operations Engineer Santiago Position Purpose: Optimize loading and hauling operations using autonomous technology, supporting our customers in achieving their production goals; this requires coordinating and supervising autonomous operations to achieve high productivity levels through participation in daily meetings, issuing recommendations, generating reports and alerts based on trends. The primary responsibility is to continuously promote operational continuity of the autonomous system, systematically managing the implementation of improvements, and periodically measuring and controlling results to optimize process productivity. Position Responsibilities: Support for the Operations and/or Maintenance Contract of Autonomous Truck Fleets: Supporting and executing tasks aimed at increasing performance, efficiency, and utilization of autonomous truck fleets. Factory Support: Acting as the information manager required by the factory regarding AHS operations within the autonomous truck fleet. Operations Support: Providing daily operations management support to promptly detect abnormal equipment behavior during operations, as well as actively participating in incident investigations. SSOMA: Actively participating in activities related to achieving both site-level and corporate safety targets.
