In this opportunity, we are seeking a Multifunctional Maintenance Technician for a replacement period, responsible for performing maintenance services on store and facility infrastructure across cities in the Fifth Region, ensuring operational readiness and proper technical functionality for intended use, as required by various business units. **Responsibilities:** * Plumbing: unclogging toilets, replacing faucets, repairing sanitary and potable water installations, among others. * Emergency support for rain events, excavation due to main pipe ruptures, flooding, among others. * Cleaning of rainwater gutters and downspouts. * Civil works: tiling, concrete, partition walls, ceilings, wall repairs, stucco, etc. * Facade, wall, access, interior painting and repairs, and parking lot demarcation. * Sealing to ensure installation airtightness under the pest control plan, using aerial work platforms and polyurethane foam application equipment. * Welding of gates and metal structures. * Furniture repairs, modifications, and/or installations. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education; preferably mid-level technical training with relevant specializations or certification courses. * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles, including plumbing, masonry, and minor civil works. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Physical health compatible with the position; a physical height examination is required. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Conditions** * Fixed-term contract aligned with the incumbent’s license duration * Market-competitive remuneration * On-site work mode at locations across the Fifth Region.
