Currently, we are seeking a new **Junior Planogrammer**. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** The mission of this role is to design, coordinate, maintain, and optimize commercial format planograms to enhance space productivity, display consistency, and the company’s business profitability. **What are the main duties?** * Develop and prepare the creation, updating, and technical maintenance of planograms according to defined guidelines. * Register and verify categories, minimum display requirements, cubic capacity, module configuration, and space capacity in the corresponding systems. * Prepare and review data reports and basic indicators related to planogramming, stockouts, and catalog inconsistencies. * Verify and assist with in-store module verification against system data and with the documentary organization of issued planograms. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in engineering, administration, logistics, retail, commercial operations, or related fields; OR a technical degree with initial experience in functions related to category management, planogramming, merchandising, operations, sales floor activities, trade marketing, or retail logistics. * Professional internship or up to 2 years of experience in similar roles within retail, preferably in supermarkets or self-service chains. * Proficiency in SAP (user level) and intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with planogramming tools is desirable. * Basic understanding of category concepts, modular configuration, cubic capacity, display, DOH (Days on Hand), space allocation, cataloging, and restocking. **We look forward to your application!!!** *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion.
