At ComPro — a consulting firm specialized in business development, commercial management, and organizational strengthening — we seek to hire a **Commercial Engineer or a professional from a related field**, ideally a **recent graduate or with up to 1 year of work experience**, who wishes to launch their career in consulting and grow within a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment. The selected candidate will work directly with the Consulting Sub-Management team, participating in projects related to: Prospecting opportunities in public and private tenders. Developing technical and commercial proposals. Managing and preparing key documentation for applications and projects. Supporting the implementation of high-complexity consulting projects. Collaborating with various agencies across the holding, integrating capabilities in strategy, marketing, training, and business development.
