Position Summary: Grupo Bulo / Lobutex is seeking a Sportswear Designer for the holistic development of sportswear—from creative concept to communication. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and development of sportswear collections. 2. Active participation in the entire textile production process. 3. Direct collaboration with marketing in campaign conceptualization. WE ARE SEEKING A SPORTSWEAR DESIGNER **On-site – Santiago (Macul)** At **Grupo Bulo / Lobutex**, a company specializing in **sportswear manufacturing and textile development**, we are looking for a **Sportswear Designer** with an integrated perspective on the product: **from creative concept to final garment and its communication**. Main Responsibilities * **Collection creation** for sportswear (concept, inspiration, and graphic line). * **Product development**: design, fit, material selection, and finishes. * Pattern drafting and revision. * Development of comprehensive **technical specifications** for production. * Active participation in the **production process** (sewing, sampling, adjustments, and quality control). * Coordination with departments including **printing, sublimation, cutting, and sewing**. * **Direct collaboration with the marketing department** on: * Campaign conceptualization * Collection storytelling definition * Support for product launches, visual content, and promotion * Support for client projects and proprietary brands.
