Project Formulation: Prepare technical files for applications to external funding sources (FNDR, PMU, PMB, FRIL, etc.). Architectural Design: Develop drawings, explanatory reports, technical specifications (EETT), and estimated budgets. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure each project complies with the General Urbanism and Construction Ordinance (OGUC), the Communal Regulatory Plan (PRC), and the Universal Accessibility Law. Portfolio Management: Monitor projects on various government platforms (e.g., Integrated Projects Bank \- BIP). Fieldwork: Conduct surveys, technical inspections, and diagnostic site visits in areas where construction works will be located.
