Job Summary: Novaptix SpA is seeking a Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to supervise operations, manage product receipt, classification, inventory, and dispatch, ensuring achievement of targets. Vitacura 3520, Vitacura, Santiago, Metropolitan Region * **Net salary:** CLP $2\.100\.000 / month * **Work schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Monday to Friday and shifts as scheduled) **Purpose of the Position** Novaptix SpA seeks a Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to supervise warehouse operations at our Vitacura office. The incumbent will manage product receipt, classification, inventory, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with operational targets and quality standards for deliveries. **Operational Responsibilities** * Lead product receipt and physical audits against delivery notes and purchase orders. * Organize storage areas, optimizing available space and safeguarding the integrity of materials. * Supervise order preparation and scheduling of local and regional dispatch routes. * Conduct periodic inventory audits, resolving discrepancies between physical stock and the management system. * Maintain direct communication with carriers, suppliers, and the commercial department to ensure timely deliveries. **Candidate Profile** * Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management processes. * Demonstrable proficiency in WMS software, ERP systems (SAP, Softland, or similar), and Excel spreadsheets. * Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, methodical organization, and teamwork orientation. * Availability to work on-site in the Av.
