Technically lead the frontend and backend development team. Design and validate cloud-based service architectures on AWS. Develop and oversee solutions using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend). Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices. Participate in defining development, security, and deployment standards. Coordinate with business, architecture, and QA teams. Support technical estimation of initiatives and roadmap definition. Identify technical risks and propose solutions. Promote agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) within the team. Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment automation. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 3–5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Technical Leader. Proven experience with: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, ECS or similar). React (modern frontend application development). Node.js (API and backend service development). Prior experience in banking or financial industry. Knowledge of REST API design and development. Experience with version control (Git). Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Technical leadership ability, decision-making capability, and team management skills.
