Job Summary: Supervise operational processes to comply with current regulations and quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Highlights: 1. Organize and supervise the daily work schedule. 2. Conduct safety talks for collaborators at the start of each work shift. 3. Record and control maintenance and repairs of area equipment. We are currently seeking a PLANT SUPERVISOR for the commune of Río Claro, Maule Region. · Job Mission: Supervise the operational process across all operational areas to ensure compliance with current regulations and the organization’s quality, safety, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities: Organize and supervise the daily work schedule. Verify information in daily reports on sludge receipt and movement provided by drivers and external and internal operators. Conduct safety talks for collaborators at the start of each work shift. Digitally record and control maintenance and repairs performed on area equipment. Others, Requirements Agricultural technician or related field degree. Desirable experience in operating waste treatment and/or wastewater systems.
