You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and optimizing detailed drawings for prefabricated concrete elements, ensuring strict compliance with strength, stability, and constructability criteria. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating on the calculation, structural sizing, and basic verification of prefabricated components and their connections. * Actively coordinating with project engineering and on-site teams, efficiently managing and validating structural technical changes. * Preparing rigorous technical documentation for manufacturing and assembly, including component breakdowns, material lists, and assembly criteria. * Providing continuous technical support to the plant production department and the on-site assembly team to resolve queries, mitigate interferences, and optimize the structural performance of elements across all stages (lifting, transportation, and service). *This is a full-time position, conducted entirely on-site at our central facilities in the commune of Paine.* **Candidate Requirements** * **Immediate availability to work on-site at our factory located in Paine (Ruta 5 Sur, KM 40).** *(Mandatory)* * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Structures, Civil Works, or equivalent), with solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the structural behavior of reinforced and prestressed concrete. * **Shop Drawings:** High proficiency in preparing, reading, and critically reviewing shop drawings for prefabricated elements, reinforcement cages, and complex construction details. * **Multi-disciplinary Coordination:** Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering focused on coordination of penetrations,预留 openings, embedded ducts, and compatibility with structural load demands of components. * **Quantity Surveying / Measurement:** Experience or strong aptitude in technical measurement, including preparation, control, and review of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and master material lists. * **Software Tools:** Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD). Proficiency in structural analysis and calculation software (SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) and BIM environments (Revit, Tekla) is highly desirable. * **Soft Skills:** Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, technical rigor, and proactive problem-solving. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Prior experience in structural engineering firms or consultancies, developing calculation reports, design/verification spreadsheets (Excel, Mathcad, etc.), and analysis of concrete elements.** * **Prior experience in technical offices of concrete prefabrication companies or in technical inspection of structural works.** Workplace: On-site employment
