Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee logistics operations at the plant, coordinate teams, ensure safety, and maintain operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to perform duties at the San José de la Mariquina plant, responsible for: 1. Supervising and coordinating on-site movements with the team. 2. Verifying availability of required human and material resources for shift operations and requesting replacements as needed. 3. Maintaining smooth communication with the client company to coordinate activities within the shift. 4. Ensuring compliance with necessary safety conditions for operations, promptly reporting any non-compliant conditions to the AC (Occupational Safety Coordinator) and Risk Prevention Expert (RPE). 5. Conducting on-site verification and reporting each time a situation, problem, or condition affecting equipment operability arises, coordinating repair needs directly with maintenance. 6. Conducting periodic 5-minute safety talks. Managing resources to meet the KPI—i.e., truck dwell time within the site. 10. Supervising working conditions: unloading safety, adherence to procedures, unsafe conditions on the yard, identifying improvements, and internally reporting to the AC, Administrative Officer, Production Coordinator, and RPE.
