Must define, structure, and execute work plans to proactively address departmental needs, incorporating best practices from Project Management and IT Service Management disciplines, with the objective of optimizing service levels, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. Ensure achievement of defined objectives for initiatives under management, effectively administering variables such as scope, time, cost, and quality—both in projects and in continuous improvement and support initiatives. Additionally, responsible for proactive management of technological obsolescence across platforms and systems, identifying risks, raising update requirements, and leading the definition and execution of technology renewal plans. This includes prioritizing initiatives, assessing impacts, and coordinating necessary improvements or adjustments to ensure long-term sustainability, security, and efficiency of solutions. Proficiency in collaborative tools; management tools (Kanban boards, Jira, etc.); Excel pivot tables for reporting; SQL tools. Mandatory requirements: Experience in insurance or banking; 5+ years of project management experience; experience in agile methodologies and/or PMI.
