We seek a professional with strong consultative orientation, technical-commercial relationship skills, and experience developing high-value B2B businesses—capable of understanding clients' operational challenges and transforming needs into business-aligned solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in large industries, establishing strategic links with potential clients. * Manage consultative sales processes for specialized services, understanding each client’s technical and operational needs. * Prospect and develop new accounts through commercial strategies, networking, and ongoing engagement with key industry stakeholders. * Maintain an active commercial presence on professional social networks, reinforcing the company’s visibility and generating business opportunities through content and strategic engagement. * Schedule commercial meetings and present solutions aligned with the organization’s services and capabilities. * Develop commercial proposals and participate in negotiations aimed at closing long-term agreements. * Build trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring commercial continuity and customer retention. * Report on commercial activities, progress, and opportunities, proposing improvement and growth strategies. **Position Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and consultative service sales for mining, energy, industrial, or pulp & paper sectors. * Demonstrable experience in B2B sales of technical services, consulting, or industrial solutions. * Ability to engage with clients at both technical and managerial levels. * Experience in launching new businesses and developing strategic accounts. * Proficiency in using social media or other professional networks as tools for positioning and commercial prospecting. * Availability for occasional travel. **Work Conditions** Work modality: On-site — Las Condes commune, Santiago.
