Our job offers comply with Law No. 21,015, which promotes labor inclusion of persons with disabilities. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Rigging Technician – Calama. Job Objective: This position is intended for mid-level technicians in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with at least two years of experience, training in lifting equipment inspection and risk prevention, and a valid Class B driver’s license. The primary responsibility is to perform inspections and technical diagnostics of lifting equipment, verifying their operational condition and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards defined for the contract. Additionally, the incumbent must contribute to operational continuity by promptly identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions where appropriate. We seek candidates with solid technical knowledge, rigor in evaluating lifting equipment, and a strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and security (HSEC). Effective communication skills, sound technical judgment, and the determination to halt maneuvers or activities posing risks to people, equipment, or facilities are also required—supporting a safe work culture and operational goal attainment. Applicants must meet the following requirements: • Academic qualification: Higher Technician or Mid-Level qualification in mechanical specialty or similar field. • At least two years of experience in similar roles. • Lifting Equipment Inspection course. • Basic Risk Prevention course. • Specialized courses in the field (desirable). • Valid Class B driver’s license. • Work schedule: Monday to Friday. • Residence in Calama (mandatory requirement).
