Your primary challenge will be to ensure operational continuity, product availability, compliance with company standards, and an appropriate customer experience—driving sales while minimizing business losses and shrinkage. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and control the daily operation of sales points. * Coordinate and verify the activities of the Retail team. * Ensure compliance with operational, commercial, and quality procedures and standards. * Generate purchase orders and receive documents via the PEL platform. * Coordinate the procurement, receipt, and distribution of products and raw materials. * Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, expirations, and losses. * Conduct periodic inventories and manage identified discrepancies. * Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO and FEFO principles. * Supervise physical receipt of products and verify correspondence with delivery notes. * Manage claims for non-conforming, missing, or discrepant items upon receipt. * Verify that suppliers invoice according to prices stipulated in current agreements. * Request credit notes and coordinate their submission to the Accounting department. * Manage cash flow, perform deposits, and maintain appropriate supporting documentation. * Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, deposits, and shrinkage. * Manage required files for financial closing, in accordance with the established schedule. * Maintain product display and presentation standards. * Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and events with Retail and Marketing departments. * Implement initiatives aimed at increasing sales and improving the profitability of sales points. * Analyze commercial and operational KPIs, proposing and implementing improvement plans. **Requirements** * Technical higher-education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Retail Management, Gastronomic Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales point administration or supervision, including convenience stores, minimarkets, cafeterias, commissaries, or similar services. * Experience in inventory management, stock control, goods receipt, cash handling, and supplier relations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * ERP or procurement system experience is desirable. * Leadership or team coordination experience is desirable. * Residency in Antofagasta city. * Availability to work on a 4x3 rotating shift schedule with camp accommodation. * Medical fitness for work at high geographical altitude. **Benefits** Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. ‍‍ A collaborative, excellence-oriented work environment.
