Position Summary: Administrative Assistant focused on the management and cost control of the Country's Projects, directly supporting Project Management. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support in Project Management administration 2. Comprehensive management of project documentation and cost control 3. Control of personnel management processes assigned to projects **POSITION SUMMARY** Administrative assistance, management and cost control of the Country's Projects. * **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Directly support Project Management administration, including development of reports and monthly service reports, among other Project Management-related activities * Manage supplier quotations and RQs (Oracle/Excel/Smartsheet) * Update Project Backlog spreadsheets * Manage personnel accreditation documentation for projects * Manage documentation for customer payment status * Manage digital folders containing project documentation * Support coordination and execution of Project tasks and expense control * Process and manage document signing (invoices, expense reports) * Control personnel management processes assigned to the project (staffing, attendance, vacations, replacements, etc) Track purchase orders for contracts and special project requests * * Track expense reports associated with projects Report material, consumables, and expendables expense control for preparation of the monthly management report. * **QUALIFICATIONS** * Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in facilities management services **EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS** * Technical degree or graduate in Business Administration or related fields * Excel – Intermediate\- Advanced.
