Position Summary: We are seeking a People Management Intern to support the automation and improvement of internal processes, with a focus on optimizing and digitizing workflows. Key Highlights: 1. Support the automation and improvement of internal processes in People Management. 2. Contribute to transforming the waste management industry in Chile. 3. Implement technological improvements for operational efficiency. At VOLTA, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile. Currently, we are looking for an intern for the People Management area, who will join our team to support the automation and improvement of internal processes. Main Responsibilities The student will primarily be responsible for supporting the People Management team in identifying, optimizing, and automating processes, particularly in the following areas: Compensation processes. Procedural processes associated with the employee lifecycle. Support in documenting, standardizing, and digitizing internal workflows. Implementation of technology-driven improvements aimed at operational efficiency. Generation of reports and metrics related to automated processes. Candidate Profile We are seeking current students or recent graduates from IT-related fields, such as: Computer Engineering, Executive Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, Programmer Analyst, or related disciplines. Interest in automation, digitization, and continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of programming tools. (Not mandatory) What Do We Offer?
