We are looking for a Process Discipline Manager responsible for leading the development and optimization of project production processes, ensuring efficiency and achievement of operational objectives. The candidate must participate in all engineering phases and coordinate with other disciplines. A licensed Civil Engineer is required, with over 12 years of general experience and at least 8 years specifically in process-related work, proficiency in design and management software, and analytical and continuous improvement capabilities. To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements: • Academic Qualification: Licensed Civil Engineer of any specialization, with over 12 years of general professional experience and over 8 years of experience in the specific field for which services are offered. • Must possess experience in engineering studies across profile, conceptual, basic, and/or detailed phases; and be proficient in relevant management and design software. • Willingness and ability to travel domestically. • Residence in the Metropolitan Region.
