The primary role will be to plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the equipment fleet, managing work orders, resources, and departmental progress. Key responsibilities: ? Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. ? Manage and track work orders. ? Coordinate technical personnel, spare parts, tools, and supplies. ? Monitor progress and identify deviations from the plan. ? Prepare maintenance reports and KPIs. ? Propose improvements to planning processes. ? Requirements: ? Completed Technical Degree or currently enrolled in/graduated from a university program. ? Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field. ? 2–4 years of experience in maintenance planning, operations, or similar roles. ? Proficiency with ERP or CMMS maintenance systems. ? Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. ? Knowledge of maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability.
