Job Description We are seeking an **Operations Manager** with experience in planning, resource management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities * **Operational planning**: Design and execute work plans aligned with strategic objectives. * **Process management**: Supervise production and logistics activities to ensure efficiency. * **Team leadership**: Coordinate and motivate operational staff. * **Resource optimization**: Implement improvements in costs, timelines, and productivity. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to labor, environmental, and safety regulations. * **Supplier and client relations**: Negotiate agreements and maintain high levels of satisfaction. * **Executive reporting**: Prepare performance reports and propose improvement strategies. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in operational management. * Knowledge of ERP systems and process management tools. * Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in industrial service companies is highly valued.
