We seek a Mining Discipline Manager responsible for leading and coordinating engineering development within their specialty, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables and their proper integration with other project disciplines. The candidate must participate in studies during feasibility, conceptual, basic, and/or detailed engineering phases, providing efficient technical solutions aligned with project requirements. A qualified candidate must hold a Civil Engineering degree, have over 12 years of general experience and at least 8 years of specific mining experience, proficiency in relevant management and design software, and strong coordination, analytical, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements: • Academic qualification: A graduated Civil Engineer of any specialty, with over 12 years of general professional experience and over 8 years of specific experience in the field for which the service is offered. • Experience in engineering studies during feasibility, conceptual, basic, and/or detailed phases; proficiency in relevant management and design software. • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide. • Residence in the Metropolitan Region.
