Job Description We are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer** to lead thermal and mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied engineering, project management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **Thermal systems design**: Develop customized heating and air conditioning projects aligned with client needs. * **Project management**: Coordinate schedules, resources, and teams to ensure timely delivery. * **Technical supervision**: Oversee proper installation and commissioning of mechanical systems. * **Energy optimization**: Propose solutions to reduce energy consumption and operational costs. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international regulations. * **Client relations**: Provide technical advisory and support throughout the project lifecycle. * **Technical reporting**: Prepare progress and results reports for management. Requirements * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in heating, air conditioning, or mechanical systems projects. * Proficiency in design and simulation software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit). * Experience in project management and team coordination. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to work on-site.
