We are looking for a **Management Control Intern** to support the company’s budgetary control and monitoring activities, contributing to information analysis and continuous improvement of departmental processes. ### **What challenges await you?** * Support budget management and administration using the company’s operational systems. * Collaborate in reviewing and monitoring fund requests, travel allowances, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with the approved budget. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to support the justification of Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) variances. * Support the processing and analysis of databases to strengthen departmental reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare management reports and support information analysis for decision-making purposes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing internal processes and controls. ### **What do we require from you?** * Currently enrolled in an internship program for **Business Administration Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related fields**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Familiarity with data analysis, budget management, and report preparation is desirable. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Proactivity, commitment, and eagerness to learn. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. ### **What we offer you:** * Continuous learning at a leading telecommunications industry company. * Mentorship and training throughout your internship period. * Participation in real-world projects with tangible impact on business operations. * Excellent working environment and collaborative teamwork. * Professional development opportunities aligned with your performance.
